While working directly with the Project Manager, act as liaison between Vertical Limit and customers while promoting new business and facilitating project completion in a timely and profitable manner. Communicate any resource requirements effectively with all Vertical Limit departments while reinforcing the company’s high standards and reputation of being a leader in the industry.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Coordinate key dates for phases of project.
- Schedule Sub-contractors (out of our core competency group).
- Order all necessary materials and provide location to Field Operations Manager.
- Participate in pre-con meetings.
- Continually update customers on progress of projects.
- Assist in managing expenses and production to achieve maximum profitability.
- Identify all change order items and communicate same to customer.
- Work closely with Estimating Dept. to ensure accurate bid data.
- Participate in weekly Project Manager Meetings.
- Assist with Quality control.
