We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Full time candidate preferred, but willing to take applications for part time candidates as well.
Duties
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in scheduling appointments.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
Qualifications
Proficiency in using computer systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A positive attitude and strong personal skills.
