The Role

What We’re Looking For:
UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle is ideal
Strong organisational skills with great
attention to detail
.
Excellent written and verbal
communication
abilities.
A proactive,
problem-solving
mindset with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A
team-oriented
individual with a positive and adaptable approach.
Experience in property or administrative roles is a plus but not essential-we welcome candidates eager to
learn and grow

Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to Property Managers.
Responding to tenant and landlord queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinating property maintenance, including liaising with contractors and arranging access.
Preparing and managing property documentation, such as tenancy agreements, compliance certificates, and inspection reports.
Maintaining and updating property records on the database.
Processing invoices and payments for maintenance and property-related services.
Scheduling appointments, inspections, and meetings on behalf of the Property Managers.
Supporting compliance tasks to ensure properties meet regulatory standards.
Managing general office administration to contribute to a well-organised
work environment
