Key Responsibilities:
• Provide vital administrative support to property management team
• Conduct monthly reviews of rent-roll and tenant reports
• Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
• Handle accounts receivable reporting and tenant chargebacks
• Maintain ongoing communication with tenants and suppliers
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of administration experience in property management
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Post-secondary education in business or accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of JDE and Building Engines is a plus
• Strong communication and time management skills
