Position: Property Paralegal (London Area)
Our client is a respected legal practice based in North West London who are seeking a proactive Property Paralegal to support their Residential Conveyancing team.

As a Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. You’ll be working closely with clients, estate agents and legal professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient property transfer process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end residential property transactions
Liaise professionally with clients, agents and mortgage lenders to provide updates and resolve queries
Conduct property due diligence, including title and land registry checks and local authority searches
Draft and review key legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage papers
Oversee financial elements such as deposit handling, exchange of contracts and SDLT calculations.
Manage post-completion tasks including filing with the Land Registry and releasing funds
Prepare client completion statements and service bills accurately
Handle and resolve issues that arise during transactions
Ideal Candidate:
2 years+ experience in residential conveyancing or a legal property support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with legal documentation and property law compliance
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines
