Responsibilities:

Being a friendly face around the office
Actively communicating and collaborating with team members
Greeting and managing customers and visitors at the office
Keeping the office space in order
Answering and routing daily phone calls
Ordering food and keeping office kitchens stocked
Virtually serving smaller DMC offices nationwide
Event planning and coordination
Sending and receiving customer packages and inventory items
Executive assistance to the CEO
Coordination assistance to the recruiting and onboarding team
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and be a team player

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Customer service experience (phone experience preferred)
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and comfort with online processes
Ability to prioritize time sensitive tasks and reactive work
Proactive and self-driven starter
Excellent attention to detail and highly responsive
Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfort working in an office and a manufacturing space
Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
Access to a vehicle (preferred)
