JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrative Specialist provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Denver Corporate Office. The role involves handling a wide range of administrative support tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting departmental operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Administrative Support:

Assist in managing and coordinating schedules, meetings and travel arrangements as needed
Handling phone calls, emails and other communications
Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports and presentations
Maintaining and updating office files, records and databases
Review monthly commission statements
Provide administrative support for the MAXXWear (uniform) program
Primary point of contact for weekly corporate lunch and refreshments

Office Management:

Management and ordering of office supplies and inventory
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
Organizing and facilitating meetings (internal and external)
Providing general support to visitors and employees
Place banquet orders for office gatherings and events

Data Management:

Performing data entry and maintaining accuracy
Maintain daily corporate logs
Creating and editing documents

Other Responsibilities:

Assisting with personnel tasks
Management of confidential and sensitive information
Conducting research and compiling data
Developing and implementing office procedures to improve efficiency
Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years of administrative or office support
Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and other standard office software
Ability to muti-task and adapt to changing priorities
