Public Safety Administrative Services Assistant II Jobs in Carthage, NC at Moore County Government

Provides support services to the Chief of Hospital Operations, Chief Human Resources Officer, the Chief Strategy Officer and the AVP, Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Perform duties to ensure efficient operation of the office and create an atmosphere of professionalism. Provide administrative support to the Executive Team as needed.

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to adequately perform this job. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.

Associate degree preferred; will consider a high school diploma/GED with considerable clerical/administrative background.
A minimum of five (5) years’ administrative support experience is required.
The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. Considerable knowledge of English grammar and composition.
The candidate understands the importance of confidentiality.
