We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Candidate will commute between our office in Le Center Mn and our office in Wells Mn.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities
Data Entry
Invoicing Customers
Working directly with dispatch
Dispatch of trucks
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in clerical functions including data entry and document preparation.
Strong attention to detail for proofreading and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
