Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager/Testing Manager/Quality Control Manager based in Zurich, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The role involves managing and overseeing quality assurance efforts, including the development and execution of testing strategies and protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing test cases, managing the test lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing testing processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be central to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Test Execution, Test Cases, and Testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with Test Management and managing test teams or projects.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive Test Strategies for quality assurance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with mechanical engineering or related fields is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry standards and quality assurance best practices.
