Position: Housing Quality Inspector
Job Description:
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Required Experience:
4 Years (Candidates must have some experience in inspections of homes, apartments, buildings, and maintenance. Training will be provided in areas needed according to client requirements.)
Job Duties:
Conduct virtual inspections under the supervision of the HQS Manager using Facetime and Goodge Dou.
Maintain inspection records, associated filing systems, and enter data into the agency’s database.
Perform clerical and administrative duties.
Operate personal computer utilizing a variety of business software such as Word and Excel.
Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Interact with people from diverse social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.
