ROLE
At RTS, we understand that the key to success is a strong foundation. Our Quote Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of customer quotes. The ideal candidate will have excellentcommunicationand organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. He or she will be responsible for maintainingup-to-daterecords of customer quotes, as well as following up with customers.
This position will require regular interaction with cross functional teams, so the ability to work well in ateam environmentis a must.
Responsibilities
Review customer specifications and requirements to generate accurate quotes
Utilize cost models and historical data to assist in developing pricing strategies
Prepare and present quotes to customers, providing clear and concise explanations of pricing
Manage the quote process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met
Maintainup-to-dateknowledge of services offered, and pricing
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Update and maintain quote records in company database
Generate reports on quote activity as requested by your manager
Participate in team meetings and contribute tocontinuous improvementinitiatives
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service at all time
Educationand Experience
3+ years’ experience in an admin or support role or higher
Associate’s Degree or higher a plus
5 years’ experience can be used in lieu of a Degree
Thorough knowledge of MS Office products
Technical aptitude preferred

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is Min $50,000 – Max $60,000
The pay range shown is based on the job posting’s primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
