Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative assistance, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence
Schedule service appointments for HVAC repairs, installations, and maintenance
Respond to customer inquiries regarding HVAC services, pricing, and maintenance schedules
Process service requests, ensuring accurate details are entered into the system
Work closely with technicians to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operations
Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Provide customers with relevant product and service recommendations based on their needs
Assist with billing inquiries and ensure that invoices are processed accurately
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving
Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media
Track and report on social media metrics, customer feedback, and engagement
Assist with the creation of blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software (experience with HVAC-specific software is a plus)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
HVAC knowledge or willingness to learn about HVAC products and services is a plus
