Busy real estate office in need of a full-time administrative assistant for Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm in Burlingame office. We have been committed to pushing the boundaries and challenging traditional norms in all aspects of our work. We provide an array of limitless tools and unwavering support, with the constant goal of unleashing the EXTREME potential of all who become part of our team.

Responsibilities may include any or all the following:

Create advertisements.

Coordinate marketing materials in collaboration with the graphic designer

Manage QuickBooks accounting entries.

Provide general administrative support.

Research for projects

Occasional phone calls to vendors or clients

Prepare email correspondence.

Develop or improve existing systems for frequent tasks.

Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.

File and organize digital documents and records.

Perform general clerical duties as assigned.

Tour scheduling

Coordinate appointments with clients, myself, and vendors

Work with my CRM

Experience / Skills:

Mandarin speaking is required.

Real estate license is preferred but not required

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficiency with social media

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable taking initiative, and has a willingness to learn. No real estate license is required for this type of work.
