Office Administrator (Part Time)

Perform necessary tasks weekly including:

-Gather time sheets, submit payroll which may include certifed payroll

-Create and deliver purchase orders and invoices

-Communicate with customer procurement representatives

-Make travel arrangements

-Organize company documents

-Assist in other office administrative tasks as necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift
8 hour shift
