Position Overview:
The Real Estate Executive supports the company's outlet expansion and property management activities by assisting in site acquisition, project coordination, lease administration, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with the Real Estate Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new outlet openings and related real estate projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential locations for new outlet expansion.
- Conduct site visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis to gather relevant data.
- Assist in lease documentation, tenancy agreements, and renewal processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and Project teams to facilitate outlet opening activities.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on key milestones to ensure smooth execution of outlet expansion projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to site acquisition and expansion activities.
- Maintain and update records of properties, lease agreements, and outlet databases.
- Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense monitoring for real estate projects.
- Ensure all required permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained before outlet commencement.
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in real estate, property, retail expansion, leasing, or a related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to travel for site visits and property evaluations.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation is an added advantage.
