Summary:

This position oversees and actively participates in the administrative functions and operational efficiency of the organization. This role requires a blend of managerial skills and technical know-how to ensure smooth office operations, effective coordination among departments, and the maintenance of systems, including ERP software.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead, train, and motivate administrative staff to deliver high-quality services.
Work alongside team members to complete tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
Foster a collaborative culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and standards.
Set individual and team goals and provide performance feedback.

Operations & Administration Management:

Manage and participate in daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Oversee sales orders, purchasing, logistics, RMA, and manufacturing and service work orders to streamline workflows.
Develop and refine operational policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory control and ensure timely procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Support administrative tasks, including office management, project planning, and executive assistance.

ERP & IT System Maintenance:

Oversee the use and maintenance of the ERP system.
Coordinate with external IT providers for installation, configuration, and advanced maintenance of the ERP system.
Perform light computer and network maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with external IT providers.
Implement data backup and cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive information.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

Analyze department and organizational performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports on KPIs, expenses, and key operational metrics for senior management.
Suggest and implement process improvements to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Degree or experience in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, thorough, and meticulous.
Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer/network maintenance.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
