The Administrative Assistant will be expected to demonstrate professionalism in the execution of clerical duties, including record keeping, customer service and performing other office related tasks.

Ability to communicate in a diverse setting with residents, families
Organize and maintain a filing system of residents files
Assist with certifications and re-certifications
Demonstrate general knowledge of company and departmental regulation and polices.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and to carry out assignments within a standard work day with minimum instructions.
Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Demonstrates ability to multitask effectively
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Demonstrates ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization
Demonstrates commitment to the aforementioned Mission and maintains high standards
Demonstrates ability to adhere to Agency policies and procedures
Demonstrated track record of being results driven, self- starter with high attention to detail and sense of urgency and customer oriented philosophy
Demonstrates respect, cooperation, consideration and tact in dealing with peers, supervisors and other
Demonstrates ability to cooperate with the agency and the applicable State department or division licensing unit with any legally mandated inspections or investigations
Other duties as required

Experience and Skills:
A minimum one year of clerical and/or customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Telephone skills, Verbal Communication,
Listening, Customer Service, Organization skills.
