The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).Â

Responsibilities
• Provide an effective reception service; answering queries and passing messages to members of the team.
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional manner in person, on the telephone, by teams or by email.
• Provide visitors with refreshments. Â
• Ensure knowledge of staff & visitor movements in and out of Office.
• Manage carparking spaces and ensure allocation is correct throughout the business day
• Book meeting rooms, couriers and taxis.Â
• Maintain security awareness & follow Company procedures, i.e. visitor’s badges, monitor CCTV,
& fire duties.
• Locking and unlocking of main entrance & pedestrian gate as and when required
• Order and manage stock – Stationary, Kitchen and hygiene supplies
• Report IT faults for Office Equipment and liaise with IT to resolve
• Manage office maintenance and policy files, keeping them updated and tracking scheduled building maintenance
• Providing general administration support to the team.
• Any ad hoc duties as directed by line manager.
Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Microsoft Teams/Office
Good spoken and written English
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use own initiative
This is a part time post. Hours are negotiable – 20-25 per week.
