We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to manage our front-of-house daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
In addition to greeting guests with a smile, you’ll provide crucial administrative support throughout the organisation. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to manage various front-of-house tasks, such as handling correspondence, managing phone calls, organising orders, overseeing stock control, and ensuring compliance with our company’s health and safety policies.

Responsibilities
Delivering a 5-star patient service
Manage front-of-house – reception and staff
Manage patient bookings – room allocation – practitioner’s diaries
Buildings and facilities management
Patient complaints management
IT and Phone systems delivery
Training academy administration
Skills Required
Extremely personable and strong relationship builder
Experienced dealing with patients face-to-face
Strong leadership

Complaints Handling experience
Office 365 – Word and Excel
The clinic will provide ongoing training to develop and strengthen your knowledge within the Aesthetic industry.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
