Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our Executive Team. This will include email organization, calendar management, and administrative support such as managing correspondence, taking detailed messages, and information sharing. Location: Massachusetts based with Hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Team Coordination

Organize and prioritize CEO’s inbox, ensuring timely responses.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring no conflicts.
Provide meeting support, assisting with setting up calls, preparing agendas, and following up or delegating action items.
Travel Coordination

Dissemination of Information

Joining meetings and digesting information to share with Executive Team
Maintaining close communication with Executive and Project Team
Ability to summarize and prioritize relevant information

Escalation of Information

Having a deep understanding of company initiatives and prioritization
Knowing when to pause on a conversation to include necessary key decision makers

Interpersonal skills

Preferred but not Required:

Massachusetts Notary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
