Reception Supervisor

to join our Native Manchester team.

About Native Places Manchester & Ducie Street Warehouse Immerse yourself in the Native experience where work meets play.

Our spectacular property featuring 162 luxury serviced apartments is located just 2 minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly and 5 minutes from tram stops. The current role opening would be pivotal in the coordination and planning of events within our social hub (Ducie Street Warehouse), which also includesa lounge, restaurant, mini-cinema, and fitness classes from BLOK.

Join our 24-hour on-site reception team as a Reception Supervisor,

ensuring the whole team consistently provides the best Native service that is both informative and friendly. The team need to make genuine connections and be equipped to answer and assist with anything the guest may throw  the main point of contact for all visitors, the front desk needs to be knowledgeable, hospitable and vigilant in terms of security and guest safety.

As well as leading a team that provides great customer service, you and your team need to manage daily financial reporting, data handling and display a clear understanding of all processes and procedures. The role involves assisting in and supervising the controlling of the resources, managing the processes and cultivating the development of the Front Office day and night team.

Experience:

Previous supervisory experience, having worked in a busy environment, ideally in a hotel or other hospitality business. Fluent to work with IT tools as we are working with multiple platforms (RMS, Microsoft

365, booking platforms, etc) Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal

communication skills

to effectively interact with residents, clients, team members, and other business contacts. Excellent

communication skills

with the ability to operate and thrive in a

fast-paced

work environment

Excellent written and spoken English

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent relationship building skills, both with entirely new and long term guests Efficient and organised individual with excellent

communication skills

and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature. Works exceptionally well within a team

dynamic

and contributes to an established open culture.

Ability to

build positive and productive working relationships with colleagues across Native. Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a variety of practical solutions and follow standardised procedures. Excellent communications skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise effectively & efficiently with people from

diverse

cultures, backgrounds and work level
