ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
A local property is seeking to fill a full time position for a 126 unit community in the Vancouver area. This position requires cleaning and office support. An ideal candidate will have experience cleaning with high standards and will also be willing to learn new skills related to leasing and residential relations. You will work directly with the property manager to learn fair housing laws and administrative support duties within property management and with the maintenace team on common area tasks. This is a great position for someone who likes a day with a variety of responsibilities and is energetic physically.
Duties and Requirements:
Rent Collection
Payable entry
Resident Relations (conflict resolution, retention skills)
Willing to learn leasing and fair housing laws
Cleaning laundry rooms and common areas
Getting units rent ready
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Computer knowledge helpful
Friendly and energetic
Additional Notes
This position is full time 5 days a week.
We are looking for a friendly, up-beat individual who is dedicated, well-organized and has the ability to multi-task and willing to learn new skills.
Living on-site is optional after 90 days.
