As an Office Associate, you will provide administrative support to our team by handling a variety of tasks including managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office duties.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents
Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Order and manage office supplies inventory
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
