As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities include managing a multi-line phone system, greeting guests, coordinating office supplies and mail distribution, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a hospitable and polished front-desk experience
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence to maintain smooth daily operations
Oversee office organization by managing meeting room schedules, tracking supply inventory, and liaising with maintenance vendors
Provide administrative support through document preparation, data entry, and general clerical tasks
Assist in planning office events, team gatherings, and catered meetings in collaboration with HR
Maintain shared office spaces, ensuring a tidy, organized, and efficient work environment
Key Skills/Requirements:
Prior experience in a front-desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software
Discretion in handling confidential information and a high level of professionalism
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a collaborative team approach
Ability to work independently while staying adaptable in a dynamic office setting
