What You’ll Do
As Receptionist, you’ll be the heartbeat of the space, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every client. Your tasks will include:
Greeting visitors and clients with a positive, professional attitude
Managing bookings, phone/email inquiries, and front desk operations
Coordinating with internal teams during classes, events, and activations
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient front-of-house environment
Representing the brand through clear communication and care
What We’re Looking For
Passion for sport, wellness, or active lifestyle environments
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or events is a plus
Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a bonus)
Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude
