Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our operations by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a well-organized office environment. This role requires strong customer support skills, proficiency in data entry, and familiarity with office technology.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
Manage phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly filed.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
Assist with clerical duties such as preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Support medical receptionist functions when necessary, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and enhance overall productivity.

Requirements

Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer support experience with an emphasis on providing excellent service.
Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is preferred.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a clerical role is a plus but not required.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
