Work Hours:Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate:$19.00/hr to $23.00/hr depending on experience

Position Summary:To answer and direct all incoming calls. Ensuring that each customer contact is initiated in a friendly and courteous manner.

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Professional phone skills

Ability to learn software programs
