We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and visitors. What You’ll Do:
Greet visitors and residents with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
Answer and direct incoming calls, responding to inquiries or transferring them to the appropriate department.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with resident check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and resident requests.
Coordinate with caregiving staff to communicate any messages or resident needs.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and fully stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).
Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with privacy regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills – you’ll be interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors regularly.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for customer service.
Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office or similar software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
A positive attitude, with the ability to stay calm and professional in all situations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
