Job Description:
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff members
Sign for and distribute UPS/USPS/FedEx or any other packages that are delivered to the office
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Support the administrative team in the office on a day-to-day basis
Support the partners and principals as needed on special projects
Provide aid to the marketing director
Monitor daily attendance of the staff
Ordering and stocking of supplies in the office on a daily basis
Managing conference call and conference room reservations
Deposit checks and maintain a log of Accounts Receivables
Meet and greet clients and staff
Requirements:
Minimum of HS degree
Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Can multi-task
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Good decision maker
Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday in office 9am to 6pm
