Position:Â Receptionist, within Admin team
Location: Expo City Dubai Office
Necessary experience and skills / Qualifications:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic an advantage)
Organizational Skills
Multitasking Abilities
Can work independently and with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors, Managing Phone Calls & Emails, Scheduling Appointments/Meetings
Document Management: Handle filing, organization, and retrieval of important documents (both physical and digital).
Coordination: Coordinate between departments or with external vendors as necessary.
Maintain Office Efficiency: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
Provide Support to Executives/Managers: Help managers or executives with day-to-day tasks as needed.
Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail/shipments, as well as prepare outgoing mail/ shipments.
Inventory Management: Monitor and update office supplies and inventory.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing office events, conferences, or meetings.
Help with Travel Arrangements: Assist in booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff and guest travel.
Provide Information: Provide clear and accurate information to clients or visitors about company products, services, or policies.
Resolve Queries: Address and resolve general queries or concerns from clients or visitors promptly.
Manage Visitor Access: Issue visitor access passes (DMS & JAFZA)
