Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the office team
– Greet and assist visitors and clients
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
– Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
– Assist with file organization and data entry
– Support project coordination and documentation closing out jobs
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns

Experience:
– Previous experience in an administrative or office role
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite/Quickbooks)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Experience with order entry and inventory management is preferred
