Job Description

The ideal candidate MUST have: a professional demeanor, a good phone voice (articulate with excellent communication skills), strong writing skills, and be dependable and punctual must be: courteous, friendly, outgoing, intelligent, sharp, organized, and be detail oriented.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Opening the office

Answering phone calls-both incoming and interoffice

Greeting incoming clients

Filing alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically

Collecting and sorting mail

Photocopying

Maintaining files and storing files

Emailing, mailing, and faxing

Restocking and ordering supplies

Assisting office staff with various duties

Stuffing, labeling, and sorting outgoing mailings

Making labels

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to read and interpret documents and handle confidential information

Detail-oriented, organized and proficient in multitasking on a large volume of deals

Strong work ethic, self-directed and proven track record of working within team environment

Compelling communication skills, both verbal and written

Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
