We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to support our Stockton, CA branch. As an important individual contributor to our business, the Receptionist is responsible for answering a multi-line phone system in a friendly and professional manner. Daily tasks may include but are not limited to: answering and forwarding incoming calls efficiently and accurately, scanning shipping tickets, cash sales documents and remittance statements and opening/distributing incoming mail. Bilingual Spanish speaking highly desired.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
Answer calls on multi line phone and route incoming calls to individuals. Page employees via intercom system.
Greet guest and assist with general information.
Scanning Accounts Receivable tickets into Eclipse system.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.
Other Skills and Abilities:Detail oriented, computer literate. Good communications and organizational skills. Experience using MS Office Suite software.Team player.
