Position Overview:
Plays a key role in the organization by functioning as the primary office receptionist role in NYC office.
Must have an executive/professional appearance, must be self-motivated, punctual and possess a team spirit.
Pay Rate:
$22.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
Manage and maintain the reception area, and conference room and executive offices scheduling.
Manage conference room calendar and provide reservation instruction if necessary.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling office supplies.
Ensure security and confidentiality protocols are followed by guests and employees (Client internal and building system).
Distribute and obtain signoffs for new hire badges.
Place break/fix requests via an online order system (facilities or service issues).
Maintain and update The Termination list and distribute.
Place business card and memo pad requests as needed.
Provide support in the prepping and distribution of electronic mail.
Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel
Coordinate with internal team members to support daily operations.
Assist team projects and Ad-Hoc routines.
Able to effectively multi-task and taking on small Ad Hoc projects, following through until completion.
Required Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite.
Manage Outlook Calendars.
Skilled with Online Ordering.
Applicant must be a high school graduate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid work experience, preferably reception experience.
Must be self-directed, showing personal accountability, cooperative, and dependable.
Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
