Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and scheduling.
Deal with current and future clients
Find new contractors and coordinate jobs with sub-contractors along with follow up
Enter jobs into our propitiatory system
Support team members with personal assistant duties as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software applications. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Prior experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with customer support
