Part-Time Admin Assistant (Remote, NJ-Based Preferred)
About the Role:
Looking for a highly organized, self-motivated admin assistant to help manage day-to-day operations and provide light support with marketing and webinar follow-up. Ideal for someone with strong admin skills and an interest in entrepreneurship, digital services, or online business.
Hours & Pay:
Part-time: 10–15 hours/month
$15/hour
Flexible hours; remote role
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (1099 contractor)
Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling and email management
Uploading and organizing webinar replays
Sending replay links and follow-up emails to attendees
Managing light CRM tasks (tracking leads, simple data entry)
Creating or proofreading email templates or social posts
Assisting in setting up online products or service links
Familiarity with tools like Eventbrite, Canva, Google Docs, ChatGPT, Email Marketing i.e. Mailchimp, Brevo
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
Light marketing or social media management
Sales follow-up or email campaigns
Familiarity with tools like Notion,
Who You Are:
Detail-oriented and responsive
Comfortable working solo with light direction
Interested in supporting a growing business in digital services
Based in New Jersey or familiar with local market (a plus)
