Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Allstate Inland Empire Insurance Agency. This role is essential in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective administrative support.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist with administrative tasks
Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative functions.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Provide support as needed.
Maintain an organized workspace and manage office supplies efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Excellent calendar management skills and attention to detail.
Effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
