Full Job Description
Sperber Landscape Companies offers world-class landscaping services and a company culture that celebrates the hard work and talent of its employees. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Receptionist to join our team at Headquarters, in Westlake, CA.
Duties:
Meet and greet visitors as they enter the office
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team member
Provide administrative tasks to support daily operations
Assist with HR administrative duties as needed
Use of office equipment to make copies, scan documents, etc.
Accept and deliver incoming office packages
Prepare outgoing packages for delivery
Pick up, drop off, and distribute mail
Order and keep inventory on office supplies
Run errands as necessary within the local area
Ensures general tidiness of the kitchen and conference room
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional customer service
Ability to multitask
Excellent Teamwork
Ability to use office equipment (i.e., computer, copy machine, scanner, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle
– Available to work normal business hours, hybrid schedule-Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience.
