Job description
Delta Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time front-office coordinator to work with our outstanding team. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, professional who is comfortable with patient and referral source interaction, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing copay collections, and verification of insurance. Conversational proficiency in Vietnamese, Spanish, or Haitian Creole is a plus.
Requirements:
Professional Phone etiquette
Basic computer skills
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Previous Medical Office Experience preferred.
