Qualifications
Prior experience in sales and customer service
Strong proficiency in utilizing current technology
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated capability to build relationships with customers through empathy and patience
Proficient problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with existing customers and actively foster relationships with new customers
Actively listen to customer concerns and effectively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle inbound calls with ease, focusing on upgrading services, offering promotions, and retaining customers
Become a knowledge expert on ATD Roofing & Services offered to provide accurate information to customers
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies regarding consumer confidential information
Utilize roofing software to prepare online quotes and estimates for customers
Encourage clients to share their experiences via social media platforms to enhance brand reputation
Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization
