About the Role:
We’re seeking a professional and friendly Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our company. In this role, you’ll manage front desk duties while providing essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive experience for clients, visitors, and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls; take and deliver messages
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document prep, and filing
Manage mail and deliveries
Keep the front desk and common areas clean and organized
Coordinate appointments and maintain staff calendars
Assist with client inquiries and support basic office needs
Stay informed about company services to provide accurate information

Skills and Experience:

Prior experience in an administrative or front desk role (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
Bonus: Familiarity with basic accounting or financial terminology

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
