Minimum Years of Experience Required: Previous Two years of Customer Service/ Front Desk experience Required

General Description

The ideal candidate must be customer-service oriented, have strong organizational skills, be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, detail oriented, and a quick learner.

Position duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Main phone operator

Front desk greeter

Assist Accounting Department in administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, electronic filing etc.

Inventory and ordering of break room supplies and office supplies

Other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma (Required)

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an office environment

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience answering phones

Customer Service Experience: 2 years (required)

Professional appearance and solid worth ethic

Proficient in MS office which includes Word, Excel, Outlook

Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
