As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you’ll play a vital role in shaping first impressions while ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of office operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism and a warm demeanor.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments.

⁠Maintain an organized reception area and provide a seamless experience for guests.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the team.

Assist in managing office supplies, couriers, and general administrative support.

Maintain and update records, databases, and stock inventories

Coordinate with brokers, management, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
