Schedule
Monday thru Friday
8:30a – 5:00p
No weekends or on-call
Overtime allowed based on department needs
– Firm-wide social events, gift giveaways, contests, holiday events, and occasional catered lunch events- Fresh coffee for the firm, brewed daily.

About the Receptionist Position:
PLEASE NOTE: This position is not currently being offered remotely.
The Receptionist team is responsible for several duties including, but not exclusive to answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate parties, providing excellent customer service to callers and visitors, reviewing incoming documents, following all firm and front desk processes and procedures, etc.
This is a fast-paced, high volume, hands-on role – perfect for those who want to learn more about the legal field or be in an administrative support role!
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Candidates should have 2-3 years of professional office experience
Attention to detail
Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and toggle several different programs at once
A positive attitude centered on teamwork
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug test
Position must be worked in-office. Unable to function remotely
