Administrative Assistant – Field Crew Support

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Grounds Maintenance Supervisors by handling essential administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on core operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate attendance records and job assignment for 80+ employees
Perform data entry and manage records using Excel (advanced skills required).
Track tasks, ensure timely followup, and support interdepartmental communication.
Prepare documents, coordinate meetings, and handle general office duties.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (required); Associate’s Degree or equivalent (preferred).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with recordkeeping.
Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent followup and followthrough skills.
Team player with a neat and professional appearance.
