Full Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.

Duties:
– Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Coordinate office projects and assist with administrative duties as needed

Experience:
– Experience with order entry and proofreading documents
– Prior escrow, real estate, or banking experience preferable but not required.
– Strong phone etiquette skills with excellent communication abilities
– Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining office efficiency

Other prized qualities are: accuracy, detailed oriented and highly organized; proactive and able to work independently; good written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer skills; ability to prioritize work and multi-task.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
