Open position for a Receptionist/Office Clerk. You will perform general office reception duties, including answering multi-line phones, typing, data entry, and aiding residents on the phone and at the front desk. Prepare rent invoices and receive resident payments. Prepare vendor invoices. Write maintenance work orders and prepare reports. Operate in-house communication channel. 2+ years of office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks preferred; training will also be provided.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and sick time, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a retirement plan. Wage range $14 – $16.50 / hr.
