Position Overview:Curemed Health is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Compassionate attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
