Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
– Perform clerical tasks as needed
– Manage incoming and outgoing calls
– Assist with office management duties
– Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
– Strong typing skills with high accuracy
– Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management procedures
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
